Create Booking Links

Booking links let anyone see your availability and book a meeting — no account required.

Create a Booking Link

  1. Go to your Dashboard in the Synced app
  2. Click Share Availability
  3. Your short booking link is automatically generated (e.g., meetsynced.com/book/carlos)
  4. Copy and share it via email, Slack, LinkedIn, or anywhere

How It Works for Recipients

  1. They open your link and see your available time slots
  2. They pick a date and time that works for them
  3. They enter their name, email, and optional message
  4. A calendar invite is sent to both of you automatically

Features

  • Real-time availability — Slots update based on your live calendar
  • Timezone detection — Times shown in the visitor's local timezone
  • Custom duration — Default 30 minutes, configurable per link
  • Auto-approve — Meetings are confirmed instantly (configurable)
  • OG meta tags — Rich link previews when shared on social media

Link Settings

You can customize your booking link from Settings:

  • Default duration — 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes
  • Auto-approve — Toggle instant confirmation
  • Expiration — Set an expiry date for temporary links
  • Active/Inactive — Disable a link without deleting it
