Availability Sharing

Synced provides multiple ways to share and view availability across participants and organizations.

Heatmap View

The availability heatmap is Synced's signature feature. It shows a weekly grid with 30-minute slots color-coded by compatibility:

• Dark green (100%) — All participants are free
• Green (80%+) — Most participants available
• Light green (60-79%) — Majority available
• Amber (40-59%) — Partial availability
• Red (<40%) — Most participants busy

List View

An alternative view that shows available time slots as a list, sorted by compatibility. Useful for mobile or when you prefer a linear layout.

Booking Links

Share a short URL (meetsynced.com/book/yourname) that shows your real-time availability. Recipients can pick a time and book without creating an account. See Booking Pages.

Privacy Controls

Control who can see your availability:

• Public — Anyone with your booking link
• Trusted contacts — Only accepted contacts
• Invites only — Only when you explicitly share
