Welcome to Synced, a web-based scheduling platform provided by MeetSynced LLC ("MeetSynced," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Synced, including our website, application, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other agreements entered into as part of your usage of the Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Synced, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. ACCOUNT ACCESS VIA THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To use the Service, you must log in using a Google or Microsoft Teams account. By authenticating via these third-party providers, you authorize MeetSynced to:

  • Access your name, email address, and organization (if applicable);
  • Retrieve limited calendar metadata (e.g., availability, time zone) solely for the purpose of coordinating schedules.

We do not access full event details, meeting content, or attendee information.

3. LICENSE TO USE THE SERVICE
MeetSynced grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service or any part of it;
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
  • Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

4. USE OF AI AND AUTOMATED TECHNOLOGIES
Synced incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to provide enhanced scheduling suggestions and availability insights. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are suggestions only and may not be error-free;
  • All decisions based on AI recommendations are made at your discretion;
  • AI features may rely on third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft Azure) and data may be processed in accordance with their terms.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS AND API USE
Your use of Google and Microsoft services through Synced is subject to:

MeetSynced accesses only the minimal data necessary to operate Synced and complies with all applicable API provider policies.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in the Service and its content, including but not limited to software, branding, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of MeetSynced LLC. You may not use our marks or materials without prior written consent.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS
MeetSynced aims to provide reliable service, but does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or results from AI recommendations. We are not liable for:

  • Inaccuracies in calendar metadata;
  • Scheduling errors due to external platform changes or revoked permissions;
  • Temporary unavailability due to maintenance or third-party outages.

8. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
